Coaching

Why Coaching?

No two people age the same way. Your body, goals, and definition of health are uniquely yours. As a Registered Nurse (RN) and board-certified coach, I’ll help you clarify your goals (your what) and your deeper motivation (your why)—and together we’ll work to create new habits to make lasting, meaningful change.

Whether it's a tailored yoga practice, a nutrition reset, guided meditation, or steps to build stronger community ties, we’ll harness the science of habit change to co-create a personalized plan that fits your life.

You'll move forward one small, powerful step at a time - with personalized support and accountability along the way.

How Can Coaching Transform Your Life?

What people are saying...

"Working with Shannon has been life changing, what she has given me is a gift that will stay with me forever. Unwavering confidence towards my self- worth and acceptance. Leaning into loving myself and giving myself what I need to pursue the best version of me. I would recommend Shannon to anyone who is stuck in old patterns and needs guidance and liberation from blocks holding them back. I am so grateful to her, and I am so excited about what the future holds for me after Shannon’s help in lifting my blocks. Leaning into loving myself and giving myself what I need to pursue the best version of me. I would recommend Shannon to anyone who is stuck in old patterns and needs guidance and liberation from blocks holding them back."

I had a wonderful experience working with Shannon and enjoyed her creative, intuitive and spontaneous approach. She was very enthusiastic despite working full time and meeting at the end of her workday.

Prior to starting the coaching sessions, I would say that I was coasting along without thinking too deeply about ways to improve, or goals to set, for making positive changes in my daily life. Our coaching sessions reminded me that setting goals and working on self-improvement should be regular, life-long practices. I like that you are non-judgmental and empathetic. This was a good reminder that life is about continuous self-improvement. It helps to have someone in your corner who knows what you want to work on and supports you along the way. In general, people who feel "stuck", or in a rut, and need someone to apply some gentle pressure to help affect positive change would benefit from working with Shannon.
